Have worked with wordpress for a good number of years and always managed to fix issues myself. However, this morning I found a pretty major issue that needed dealing with quickly as all images were not displaying. This meant the site had to go into maintenance mode and WpDude fixed the issue in approximately 1 hour after me contacting him. Very pleased and bookmarked his site just in case we need consulting/support in future. Highly rated.
