What Is The WordPress Owners Club

The WPOC is a password protected part of this site which allows you to raise support calls on my help desk and gain access to my WordPress knowledge base and have up to three hours hands on support of your site from me.

The Help Desk

The WPOC is based around a helpdesk, raise a call and I will help you to solve your issues.

The type of things you may want to raise a call about:

• Problems – example; I am getting the following error on my site how do I fix it?
• Questions – example; how do I add a twitter button to my site?
• Queries – example; is there a plugin to push my blog posts to twitter?
• Anything else, got a WordPress question, raise a call.

The Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is a collection of screen cast videos to show you exactly how to do admin tasks in WordPress.

If there is not a video in the knowledge base to match your requirement, simply raise a call on the helpdesk and I will build one for you.

Hands On Support

Included in the monthly price are three hours of hands on technical support.  Pass me your login credentials and I will access your site and solve your problems.  This is my best value package only available to WPOC members.

Here are some of the things I can do:

• install plugins
• tweak your theme
• backup your site
• fix an error
• install wordpress
• the list goes on …

If you go over the three hours and want more support, this is available to you at a discounted rate of $40 per hour compared to my normal hourly rate of $65 (see hire me for details)

How Much Does It Cost?

The club costs $77 per month for membership. This is payable via a Paypal subscription
