SU can be a great resource to drive traffic quickly and easily, plus the bump in RSS subscribers is always a good thing. Something else to consider is that you can use it to get feedback on a site/idea/product/etc. before shelling out a higher cost per visitor on PPC or a large media buy. I definitely agree.
