Hi Joseph I must be missing something, but you don’t need to write any code, it a plugin that works with GF and a new interface to create estiamates or invoices, which pulls line items from your form.

I know about the plugin because I have it, but there is no sample code out there so that I can do that. I don’t know code and I don’t know how to write a webhook for the process. And besides, I don’t want to have to go into Freshbooks and send the invoice myself; that’s a waste of time to have to manually click send when an event occurs.

If you buy a development license, there is a freshbook plugin, that allows you to create a draft estiamte in freshbooks pre-populated with all teh client details, then you just need to confirm and send it out, that’s what I do on my technical support page http://wpdude.com/wordpress-technical-support

If you make a plugin that will pass an estimate based on purchase fields from Gravity Forms that will automatically send that estimate from Freshbooks, I’d pay for it!
