My biggest one is the RSS button - and not giving me option to subscribe how I want to subscribe (RSS or email). Another biggie for me is if you are using your blog as your business website PLEASE don't use a free blogging service :) buy a domain and find some nice reliable economic hosting and be taken seriously!
